Product Description

The machine is produced with international advanced coating technology integrated with our many years of experiences in manufacturing coating machine. It is suitable for manufacturing hot stamping film, laser film, gold and silver paperboard which need coating and laminating.
Performance and Characteristics:
1. It is provided with stepless speed regulation cylionder of American Emerson frequency converter, realizing synchronous speed regulation of drawing roller with anilox roller. With advantage of accurate, sensible, anti-jamming.
2. It is provided with anilox roller plus blade for coating mode, and also provided with many selection opportunities of anilox roller with various coating amount.
3. Moveable blade device.
4. It is provided with separate five-section type constant temperature drying system using infrared stainless steel heating tube plus beating wind, as wellas adjustable interior circulation air draining and suction devices. It is advantageous in strong wind-exit and wind entrance, helping drying thoroughly.
5. Guiding roller in oven will synchronously rotates with main shaft.
6. Solenoid operated valve controlling is adopted for Anilx roller and drawing roller.
7. Automatic meter-measuring devices.
8. Key mode air shaft is used for unwinding and rewinding shafts, easy to load and unload.
